There is a free guest laundry available, as well as a guest barbecue, which is located in a shady area of the gardens just next to the salt water swimming pool. There is ample parking for trailers, large vehicles, Buses and boats.

And to top it all off, the fully-licensed restaurant, "Tokay's at Federation", is right outside your door, and is open to group bookings. We try to keep our menu varied enough to suit all palates, and everything is cooked with the freshest of ingredients on the spot and to your culinary tastes.
